In partnership with DOS and NYSCAA, a workgroup of CAA staff has developed Community Action Plan Templates (also known as workplans and Attachment C) for the network to use as a reference guide when developing Community Action Plans.

 The Community Action Plan Templates are intended to highlight the use of Result Oriented Management and Accountability (ROMA) concepts, principles, and best practice approaches for reporting benchmarks and outcomes on specific programs.
