In this role, he supports NYSCAA's training, grants, program development, and statewide learning initiatives that help build capacity across New York's Community Action Network. Ryan's work includes supporting key NYSCAA programs and grant-related efforts, including CSBG and RPIC deliverables, ROMA-related initiatives, ELI programming, Poverty Simulation workshops, and the Diaper Distribution Demonstration Research Program. Ryan brings experience from public service at the federal level, including work with FEMA and the Social Security Administration, as well as service in the Peace Corps. His work at NYSCAA helps strengthen professional development, technical assistance, and learning opportunities for Community Action Agencies statewide.
